Lived at the reef for two years now along with some of my siblings. The truth is without the sense of urgency, responsiveness, and friendliness of the maintenance team. I would have moved out as well as my sister. There seems to be a lot of office workers that tend more or less to certain people, where as I have found the maintenance workers to be focused on things that actually apply to be helpful in a student living complex, such as the convenience of the students living here, safety, and respect. Glad someone here actually does their job ! THANK YOU TEAM MAINTENANCE !

Ian, Matt, and Sorena are THE best desk assistants BY FAR. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you for always so kind and approachable to my roommate and me.

Love living here! Every time you walk in the office the staff is so nice and welcoming. Whenever you need something they do their best to get it done as quickly as possible. The apartments are great and the pool is a plus. If you’re looking for a good place to live as a student the reef is the place!!!!
