After a few unpleasant attempts to get established in an office around town, a couple of years ago, I found The Reno Dentist. I'm so grateful that I've finally found an amazing, comfortable, honest dentist facility. From check-in, cleaning, Dr check, to check out, the staff is consistently welcoming. My first time at this office and had the best dental experience out of all that i have seen. Everyone was so friendly and didn't try to pressure me into something i dont want or need. They listened to how i felt and what i want for my teeth and helped me understand how to get there.
I called this morning as a new patient with wisdom tooth pain, they were able to get me in within 2 hours. All the staff is so kind and made this experience so much more comfortable than other dentist experiences I’ve had. Completely judgement free and SO NICE. Their office and exam rooms were all clean and modern too.
I had my first appointment today getting actual dental work done and to say that I'm pleased and very happy is an understatement. From the office being flexible with my scheduling to the actual dental work I've had done I'm beyond pleased. Dr Sykes is fantastic at what he does and is patient, kind and very knowledgeable. He even called me later on in the day to just check on how I was doing. No other dentist office I have ever been to has ever done such a kind gesture such as that. I went in for an emergency and had to schedule due to the price. I'm not understanding the point of insurance. Then the vibes in there give "No money. No help" so I still had to go to the emergency room after paying the dentist $60 for a picture. Absolutely not. Front desk was great. That dentist was not, she disappeared once payment was discussed and I couldn't cough up $150 up front and was escorted out to pay and in pain til my next appointment
