If you have never been in the court system, being accused of something you didn’t do is one of the scariest things you’ll ever encounter. Something even scarier is trusting your life with a public defender. I knew if I didn’t hire a private attorney I’d never have the opportunity to fight my case; so I bailed out and started contacting different law firms. While searching I came across The Rodguiez Law Firm where I met Edward Damas. From the first time I met with him I felt confident. Even though I was being charged with multiple criminal felonies he didn’t make me feel like I was an actual criminal. No matter what you’re being charged with, if he takes on your case he doesn’t make you feel like a horrible person. Don’t let his youth and good looks make you feel like he doesn’t know what he is doing. He is a great lawyer and his number one priority is keeping you out of jail. So if you are trying to stay out of jail then you need to hire Edward Damas. Not that I plan on getting into anymore legal trouble; however if I happen to, I at least know I have a competent lawyer I can always count on to fight for me. No one really plans on needing legal help so having a budget for legal expenses isn’t always there, but Mr. Damas is really awesome at helping you work out payment arrangements.

My Name is Nikki, I was being charged with A Felony shook up and scared I had visited many Law Firms but NON of them Compared to The Rodriguez Law Firm. I spoke with Attorney Edward Damas whom made me Feel Comfortable and Confident with deciding to Higher him. I cannot thank The Rodriguez Law Group enough for helping me through the most difficult time in my life. I was accused of domestic violence involving a stabbing and threatened with a substantial amount of jail time. In the end my Attorney Edward Damas was able to point out all the weaknesses in the case and all I had to do were classes and community service Thank You!

Going to court, on our own, was an eye opener.
My wife and I were naive in matters of the criminal justice system in California. Unfortunately, we didn't understand the environment, processes or protocols. We assumed that since the truth was on our side, we would be fine. However, as things unfolded, we discovered we were up against a skilled liar, flanked by an unscrupulous lawyer, who knew how to work the system. It didn't go well for us. We left the courthouse feeling a little shell-shocked, and realized we needed help going forward.
In September of 2019, we enlisted the aid of Eduardo Osorio to acquire a restraining order against a dangerous, and volatile, neighbor who'd been harassing us. As we discussed our case with Eduardo, it quickly became clear he was an active listener. As we worked through the details, we discovered he was a clever, intelligent, compassionate lawyer, with detective skills, and a trustworthy man.

I was very impressed with Ed Damas! I was confident about deciding to go with his services versus all the other lawyers I spoke to based off my first impression. He was very confident as far as what he can do for me and it wasn’t as if he was over zealous. He presented a strong plan on how to handle my case and was open with his previous experience in this situation. A lot of times lawyers sell themselves and don’t deliver half of what they promise, and we walk out feeling like we got scammed again, but this certainly wasn’t the case. I’m not one to continue bugging anyone when I hire them for a job, I expect you to be about what you offered and sold to me originally, so I gave him time to do his thing. ED delivered in a big way, and was able to get my criminal charges dismissed. I was facing heavy accusations, and it’s fair to say he delivered. I thank you and the firm

I was looking at 5 years and permanent registration. I came in with Eddy Damas with my case and he drew up a plan and told me not to worry over it. Certainly so, I spent a day in jail with no life registration. Hiring at this defense law firm was a great decision.
