Welcome to The Strand by Francine, located inside Concept Salon Suites! I am a hairdresser with over 25 years of experience in the Hair Industry. I am a graduate of Sun State Academy and licensed in both Cosmetology and Skin Care by the State of Florida. I am trained in advanced hair cutting and coloring and attend annual hands-on educational programs and training. I specialize in customized Hair Designs, Hair Cuts, Hair Color, Hair Texturizing, Hair Smoothing, Hair Straightening as well as Balayage. Keeping up with the latest color fashions and hair styles in my passion. My main focus in on making my clients feel welcome and look stunning. I look forward to assisting you!

Lisa is exceptional. I had colored my own hair. It looked terrible. Even tho I didn’t have the correction in my appt. Lisa took the time to fix my hair and make me feel better. She is extraordinary. A true gem!!
