Have to laugh at the three previous posts. For one, the place is still 90% dirt and won't be finished until mid-2028 if lucky. Two, this place is going to be insanely expensive without any bells and whistles. There is no large pool, nor significant walking trails, and there are zero places to walk to. Like you're located off freeway Forest Drive, where noisy traffic is non-stop, 24/7. The Villages at Providence Point is everything one would need in retirement and more! The floor plans are very well planned and spacious. The amenities and activities available are endless. The tour was informative and the staff was welcoming and warm.
