Fair did not offer full breakfast, no coffee for coffee maker in room, walls not very sound proof. And they still use bedspreads and toss pillows on bed,yuk.
Good Could not run refrigerator and microwave at same time without breaker going off. Same thing if you wanted to watch tv. Too many things on one circuit. Room 107. Location, low noise, considering area good price. N

Staff is not good, property itself is great. The staff refused to refill our teas. They tried to claim we had the DND out, which we did not, and finally said we had to drink the teas we did not like in order to get more teas. The staff also refused to help with the internet connection. They simply replied "well, my internet works fine." The staff also refused to handle noisy guests. I will never stay at this place again. The cooperation with the Office staff was terrible. When they see it is an 'on-line' reservation, immediately was rude & hard to get answers concerning credit card charges. "Just wait a few days for the adjustment and if it doesn't come thru call the booking company". No offer of help at all. Secondly, the 'supposed breakfast' is several machines in the lobby with stale cereal & low-grade 'juice' & milk.

A room with a view The bed was uncomfortable. I'm not really sure why but we both woke up sore. There was a view of the ocean from our window.
Not friendly, far from Monterey centre. The staff was'nt friendly. Not a lot of space to sit for breakfast, we had to wait a long time. The staff wasn't friendly. We asked to stay for an other night for the same price, but it wasn't possible, still they had rooms ... The room was ok.
