We asked if the tacos were deep fried and were told they were pan fried by the waiter , when my girlfriend received them they were deep fried
I ordered the roast chicken and it was very dry. I have ordered it in the past and it was always delicious. I did not send it back because we waited over 45 min between our appetizer and our dinner to arrive. We were there on Christmas Eve and when we arrived the restaurant was not too busy. It was crowded when we left.
Very much a diner feel... had to search out the waitress more Than once. Food just ok .. most definitely NOT social distancing. Every table full and pretty close. Won’t return.
I was surprised service was very bad
They must have over booked themselves on a Saturday night because we ended up sitting upstairs in a room that was pretty cold and insanely quiet. No music playing at all, just the other diners quietly talking. It was incredibly weird. We waited forever for our entrees. My husbands steak was raw. They comped a few drinks and dessert which was cool but we drove almost an hour to eat here. I would have rather paid for everything than have to wait over an hour for our food. Very slow service
Thom Thom was turrrrrible ! I had reservations for two at 8:45. We weren't seated until 9:30(It's resturant week I know it's hectic, so I can let this slide with some delicious food and great service). My Fiancée placed the wine bottle right away because we reviewed the menu front and back waiting for our table. tuna tartar was fishy, the fish tacos appetizer were bland/tasteless, filet mignon was just ok (6/10), & the drinks tasted watered down and were pretty awful. Dive-bar quality food at steakhouse pricing! Horrible dining experience & complete waste of money. I do not usually do reviews nor complain much about anything either.
Did not dine here. I reserved outdoor table and arrived for reservation to be told they didn’t have one. Asked how long. Was told they were closing in 30 min and only option was to dine inside- did not want to. Ate at another restaurant and observed ppl still dining there an hour and a half later... 😠
