Food was good as always. Service was very slow. Looked like our server had too many tables to cover. Dinner took two hours.
Not worth it
Restaurant was extremely busy and we waited for over an hour over our reservation time. Food was outstanding, though. While service staff for other tables seemed to be attentive, we never saw our service person and was left with nothing to drink (no water refills or ability to order drinks without getting up to go to the bar).
The food was the best that I've tasted in years! However the service deteriorated after our entree was served. After we finished our entrees, it took over 30 minutes for the waitress to take our dessert order and deliver it to us. That happened only after I spoke to the manager. Also, to noise level was extremely high. We love this restaurant and have been here for many occasions. I suggest that the owners invested in acoustical tile to help moderate the noise level.
Had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. The management did comp us 2 appetizers for the wait. Food was good but 2 entrees were served with the wrong sides. Wouldn’t say the dining experience is worth trying again.
Reservation made through Open Table for 7:30, we get sat at 7:50. No problem, understand place is packed. This is where we go down hill service wise. It took 20 minutes for someone to come over and take our drink order. We wait another 10 minutes and in that time a different server came by, said
Service was poor and the wait time was unconscionable. We arrived at 7:30 with reservations and didn’t get a table until 8:20 and didn’t get our main course until 9:20. The hostess simply could have told us the truth that the wait was not 15 minutes but more like 45-60 minutes. If they are that busy on a Saturday night they should not take reservations. Very disappointing. At least the food was good...silver lining but overall a bad experience.
Our reservations were at 7:30, weren’t seated till 8:15. So they over book, which didn’t please us or others also waiting.
My fiance and I made a 7:45pm reservation on OpenTable. When we arrived, the restaurant was so full, we could hardly move around. The hostess told us it would be another 15 minutes to seat us. After 30 minutes of waiting at the bar, we started a conversation with a young couple who had been waiting over 1 hour! This is the not the first this has happened and for this reason, we will not be returning. This is really unacceptable.
