My father was with them for over a year and that was the worst care that he has ever received. Dr. Foust or whatever his name is told my dad that his life was over and he might as well give up. Told him that he should be in a nursing home instead of being cared by family. My dad stayed in the hospital with various infections due to bed sores that was caused by 1 of his many stays at the hospital. They accused of us of taking my dad's beds and even called Adult CPS which nothing was found and the case was quickly closed. We f... read more
My girlfriend recently became a patient and I must say the staff has done an amazing job with her I’m very impressed I want to thank every one involved i can’t remember all your names I believe McKenna and Jade are two of the staffs names I highly recommend this place
Marking as 1 star but doesnt even deserve that. If you actually care about your elders do not i repeat DO NOT sign them up with this place. We moved my grandma out to be closer to us, she was in the lansing pace, but then moved and we signed her up for jackson pace. My grandma has dementia, so before we switched we had what worked and kept her safe set up with the other pace. I only gave them one star because I can't give them zero. They take over yours and your loved one's lives. Your not allowed to take your family member to the Dr without their permission. They don't keep up with important medications and medical supplies. Then when you leave them they come to your door unannounced trying to bully you into staying with them. You don't seem to hear from anybody about your concerns until you leave. Then as I said they will bully you trying to get you to stay.
Horrible, horrible healthcare from this place. Lied to over & over about the services I’d receive when I came here 3 years ago and still haven’t received such things. Then just over 2 weeks ago I had major spine surgery and my after care has been worse than sub standard since leaving the hospital. It took over a week to get a shower that I should have been receiving DAILY according to my surgeon.
