Staff is extremely welcoming and comforting. Over the weekend we had our family dog of 13 years get sick. We had to make that difficult decision to send her to doggy heaven so she was not in pain 💔. This is no easy task and no words can help or prepare for this moment but Thrive helped our entire family through it. I have never used this facility before as we usually go to our regular vet but they were closed. We will definitely be coming back with our animals in the future. Thank you again to the staff for such great care. The Crowders
