We love our new floor. Everyone at the store was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installers did an amazing job of installing floor. They were very personable and cleaned up when the job was done. Couldn't be more pleased with the whole process.

On August 13 2025, I contacted this establishment by telephone and spoke with an employee identifying himself as “Michael.” During the course of a legitimate consumer inquiry regarding a price update, Mr. Michael engaged in conduct that, in my opinion, constitutes unprofessional, prejudicial, and potentially discriminatory business practices.
