Our experience with Tile Town Carpet One was wonderful from start to finish! Michael helped us and let us take some floor samples home to see what would look best as we were replacing the whole first floor of our home. The project ran from Monday to Friday and the outcome was beautiful! We will definitely be using Tile Town Carpet One when we update the floors on our second level. Thank you!

We love our new floor. Everyone at the store was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installers did an amazing job of installing floor. They were very personable and cleaned up when the job was done. Couldn't be more pleased with the whole process.

We had a great experience with Tile Town Carpet One, from start to finish. Tom at the Liverpool store was so knowledgeable and helped me find carpet and figure out all the steps between purchasing it and getting it installed. The installers were professional and the carpet looks great!

We recently had a new kitchen floor put in with Tile Town Carpet One in December 2025. I can only express my deep appreciation to the installation crew for their professionalism and also the additional help we received from Zach Shapiro, (Dewitt) in helping get right flooring installed.
