Went to the Liverpool location (Bayberry Plz) to have Carpet One replace the runner on my stairway, and upstairs hallway. From the salesman, Tom, to the installer, Tim, everyone was extremely prompt, courteous and helpful and we are extremely pleased with the result. Would highly recommend!
The moment I walked in I received excellent customer service by the owner Tom.. He helped me pick out the right carpet for my needs.. The installation guy Tim is very knowledgeable.. He was polite and put his head down and got the job done in a timely manner.. plus he tidy up after himself. I would highly recommend this store if your looking to purchase carpet..

Very professional and fabulous work. We had 3 floors installed. The sales people were excellent educating me on what a great choice of flooring would be and they were right. This is why I use them for our business and home flooring.
Very nice people to deal with, helped us pick out the best carpet for our needs. Fast and friendly service. Install was a breeze, the guy was very nice. Our room looks and feels great! Plus the cats and dogs love it!
