The entire process from start to finish was terrific. Incredibly professional and responsive team; from Tom in the store to the installation team, everyone was knowledgeable and effective. Our basement carpet has done wonders for the space. Highly recommend.
From the minute I walked into the Bayberry store and met Tom (who came highly recommend), my experience was GREAT! Tom was easy to work with, went over everything in detail and wasn't pushy at all which was much appreciated. Sales person was nice and helpful however carpet installation was not what I expected from a professional flooring and carpet company. After installation I could see all the seams so I gave it a lot of time thinking that once the carpet gets walked on, settles in, and is vacuumed over time the seams will become less visible. Well here I am two years later and if anything, the seams look worse. Shame on me for waiting so long and giving the installation the benefit of the doubt. Superb customer service and impeccable installation of carpet in my basement. I could not have been more pleased with my experience with the staff (and independent installer) of Tile Town Carpet One of Liverpool, New York.
Went to the Liverpool location (Bayberry Plz) to have Carpet One replace the runner on my stairway, and upstairs hallway. From the salesman, Tom, to the installer, Tim, everyone was extremely prompt, courteous and helpful and we are extremely pleased with the result. Would highly recommend!
