I have never had a mix up or issue with any order, and I work with them on over a dozen projects a year. They have expended their product line with some incredible artisan designed tile lines. STAY AWAY FROM TILE WHOLESALERS and SONOMA TILEMAKERS! We purchased Sonoma's Stellar Arabesque tile for our kitchen backsplash from Tile Wholesalers (TWR). The staff at TWR told us the tile are hand glazed and may have slight color variation. So, we ordered samples (six week lead time).
