I have just received my dress back. It was a black dress with a big cream bow. You got me to sign as you said you could not be responsible incase the black dye from my dress could possibly run into the cream bow. Dress had come back and the bow is a dirty grey. I do not know what else the dress was dry cleaned with as the dye has definitely not come of my dress as it had been soaking in the sink and washed in cold water and there is no dye please note that is no dye.
