We had a fantastic experience with Timpson today. After our key was stuck in the door, Paul Lucas very quickly changed the lock and explained what had happened. Even though it was not his fault, he was very apologetic on behalf of the company. Thank you Paul! You saved the day and hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Paul Lucas from Timpson Security replaced our 3 door locks recently, he’s very friendly and knowledgeable and quick at getting the job done. I also had him out to my 2 previous properties to change locks after moving house and he’s always been really good. Would definitely recommend and you know Timpsons is a well known company that’s trusted.
