Over 16 months ago we walked into TLC to buy new flooring for our entire top floor and our staircase. We were VERY specific about what we wanted for our staircase. The wrong staircase flooring was ordered and installed. We did our best to live with it, but after 10 months it kept coming unglued and even cracked. We had to pay them $3,000 more out of our pocket again for new stairs to replace the stairs that were never right in the first place and continually required repairs. Fair prices and great service. The owner, Ramin, was attentive, knowledgeable, and always available when I had a question. His guys were respectful and thorough, and most importantly used their masks the entire time. My floors look amazing.
Great experience everytime with TLC Flooring. Flooring, carpet, and most recently, I had my tile floors cleaned. Derek was so prompt, friendly and professional!
