This establishment is the absolute in Hampton Roads! They have all levels of pricing but only offer quality. Installers are amazing! Courteous, professional, and fast! Love this company and would highly recommend!
The team was great from researching carpet options, pricing and installation. Prices were competitive for our style of carpet. Customer service was great and they worked with our schedule easily. We did have some follow up needed but the install team was on top of it and out a day later. They were thorough and clean. Great customer service all around. Thanks Tom, Abby and team.
They were professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Top Floors made the air registers flush (which is amazing). They repaired expected water damage and were remarkably quick.
We were fortunate enough to have a friend recommend Top Floors to us for a rather large flooring renovation. Five star !! Top Floors took our 60 year old oak floors and made them look new again. The people were all very kind, the work incredible, the result perfection. Just can't say enough how happy we are with the end product.
