Impressed first time customer First time visiting the service department. Jose greeted me and I told him I had an appointment for an oil change; also I requested a brake fluid service. Jose explained the cost and wait time. Wait time accurate; Jose was very professional, low pressure and helpful; would highly recommend this service department
Good but not as good as before The service is good but some of the agents are not nice they keep you waiting in front of the desk and do comments about the stickers in your car
Nissan service department The service personnel inspected my car and made detailed notes of the condition and recommended service needed. The waiting area was clean and comfortable .
