Nurses Denise, Cynthia,Ashley, And Black Paramedic lady were awesome! The nurse from Michigan(Forgot her name) her families from flint was wonderful as well. They made my procedure pleasant and had very wonderful bedside manners. They understood me driving from Dallas for my procedure and being nervous. They took care of me in post-op and even talked and laughed with me to fend off nervousness.I love these ladies and thanks for being the best nurses in that building.
I went in today for a quick procedure under local anesthesia. The staff were very professional and made sure I was ok and comfortable. Since I was staying awake during the procedure, one of the nurses asked if I wanted to hear music play and even let me choose the genre. A big thanks to Megan, Lauren, and Crissy for making sure I was taken care of the whole time. I would highly recommend this location.
Townsen Spring is amazing overall experience was 5/5. Front desk (Julie) is phenomenal she welcome you with a warm smile! When I was taken to Pre op (Brittany) was so kind she took care of me like i was family. I will be recommending this facility to any and everyone !!!
The customer service and medical teams were amazing. My daughter received some medical injections there. She had no problems afterwards. We have no complaints at all. 😊
Thank you for taking such great care of my hubby! Hands down from start to finish best care ever. Everyone made sure to explain everything and updates were so appreciated. Special shout out to Megan, Ashley, Nicole and Lorin. Y’all made his experience seamless. 10/10 recommend this facility!
