Excellent and compassionate service I have to have major dental work over a period of time. I was so concerned about the cost rather if I could fit this into my budget. My patient care coordinator Brandy was very understanding and compassionate and explained several options to me and made me feel comfortable about the expenses. It was very well explained as to what would be taking place during my treatment plan and at no time was I pressured. I was was able to relax and felt really confident in pursuing my treatment plan.

I brought my son to Towson Smile Care and was very pleased with the compassion, patience and kindness showed to him. My son has cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair. He is paraplegic also. They treated him with respect and dignity in spite of all his challenges. I was so pleased that I also became a patient and experienced the same kind , courteous, compassionate and caring service. The staff is very nice and polite.

Tooth extraction I had one of my wisdom tooth removed yesterday. The doctor and his assistant were very compassionate (they knew I had lots of anxiety about the procedure). They talked to me through the whole process and I requested the assistant hold my hand when I got extra nervous and she did which was so sweet of her💕and calming to me. Great professionals!!

Wonderful service my 1st time in a Wheelchair! Thank you for everything! Having been in a Wheelchair for several years from MS this is the first Dentist Office that will see me in my Wheelchair and don’t expect me to transfer to their chair! Everyone has been #1 from day 1! Very kind Dentist and everyone that has helped me! Even though I am in a Wheelchair I am treated as a human! Friendly and Professional Office.. Everyone from the front desk to the Dr was very friendly, professional, and non-judgemental. They walk you through everything and explain so you'll understand and give you all the options that is available. They give you options so you can afford the work that needs to be done!! I would give them 100 stars if I could!!!

Friendly first visit I contacted the office on Wednesday about tooth pain and they were able to see me on Friday. The staff was friendly and professional. The dentist took the time to explain everything he was doing and the staff made sure I didn’t have any questions before leaving. I definitely recommend if you live in the area or are a Towson student like me!

Emergency Dental needs I appreciate how calming the staff was and how extensive the doctor was in evaluating my needs especially since I am very nervous at the dentist - I can go forward knowing all I need done can be done in the same office and they have several options for sedation
