Travis and his team were super friendly and easy to work with. When I told him in late October that my goal was to buy a house before Christmas, he jumped right in and got the ball rolling. For a first time home buyer, everything was really user friendly, and Travis answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
There is not enough thank you that I could say to show how much our family appreciate Travis and his team for helping us get our first home. The process was long but only because it was new construction but Travis and his team were available every step of the way they answered any questions we had and made everything so easy. So yes I would definitely recommend
Travis and his team took care of just about everything for us. When i had issues being able to submit documents due to my working location Travis took care of it for me. He is a high energy guy that was willing and able to help us at all hours. Being a shift worker, I never had to worry about waiting for normal business hours to hear back.
Guided me through the whole process which was great since it was the first time doing this. Gave me ideas on how to sped up the process for next time I need to refinance. Definitely would recommend him to everyone
Travis is phenomenal at communication. As a first time buyer, we had a lot of questions (as you could imagine). He’s very responsive and you can tell that he puts his clients/customers first. We had multiple hurdles we had to deal with but Travis made sure that we walked through every scenario until it worked out.
