The front office is a struggle to deal with. Appointments constantly canceled, very full schedule so booking same week appointments for urgent follow ups was near impossible, and not very helpful front office people. I work in healthcare, and Dr. Masters and the other physicians were incredible. Dr. Masters truly has the greatest bedside manner of any physician I have ever personally seen or worked with. worst office ever. STEER CLEAR, WARNING!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! First of all, when I came here I was waiting in the waiting room for over an hour for my appointment which I was on time for, I was not super early. While I was waiting I overheard one of the ladies at the front desk berate her coworker and loudly yell at her and made a scene. This was back in April 2025. I'd give Dr Smith and dr hagroo a good rating but the receptionists are the rudest. They are really disrespectful and belittling. I literally would be in the middle of a sentence and they cut me off, interrupting, and making me feel like I was stupid.
Worst office staff ever. No one knows what's going on. Dr Ram tells you you're not in any pain when I'm in excruciating pain and she won't find out why. Was supposed to get blood work done and ultrasound because I'm far along but no one was there to preform it. A waste of time.
The wait time is too long for a simple OB visit. I was seen for only about 15 mins but had to stay there for over 2 hours is ridiculous. Waited to be seen by the doctor and waited again for phlebotomy. What is the point of having an appointment. Please value your patients’s time!
