I just wanted to share that one of the office employees, Jen, was so kind and warm when speaking to her on the phone. She took the time to speak to me and address my concerns. Extremely polite and kind. More people like this should be working in pediatric offices. I love This office more than the Livonia location.

Something has gone amiss with this office recently, and they are taking a lot of liberties with billing wellness visits (free with insurance) as office visits (copay with insurance) with a very low level of transparency. It’s technically legal, but terribly immoral to encourage dialogue with a doctor and then nitpick the visit notes for financial gain. It just seems to fly in the face of the entire purpose of health care, and it actively inhibits my willingness to engage with my doctor.

Dr. Lacy is such a kind and caring doctor. She takes her time to listen to all of your concerns. I would recommend her to everyone! Also, the front desk staff has always been very friendly but especially Jen is the sweetest receptionist I've ever spoken with.

I absolutely love Dr Sprague and the other doctors as well! However, I’m very concerned about my oldest right now and her condition. I wanted to get her in to see a Dr she is familiar with. She’s at age where she will need to transition soon to family Dr, but for now I felt most comfortable with a Dr that knows her history. The receptionist that I just talked to was so rude, told me they would see her this one time if they had to but seeing as she’s an older teen she really needs to move on to a different place. I have been so pleased with my experiences at IHA Child Health Plymouth. The after hours line has been very helpful on multiple occasions and the care we have received from Dr. Becker and the Nurse Practitioners have been excellent. I have a young son (1.5 yrs) and a daughter on the way and I'm so grateful we found this practice from the start. They follow the AAP recommendations so well and I believe they truly care for the well-being of all their patients!
