My wife is 84 years old. We've been going here for eighteen years every time I call when my wife is extremely sick. Can not get in the same day that you call it is a shame what is happening to our healthcare systems. Very frustrated. I am a patient person but my patience have worn thin
This place is so unorganized! Went out of my way to come to this clinic for my doctor, who has now left, and they can’t get appointments or information right. I was able to reschedule with a doctor who is no longer here, then finally told they left, had to last minute take an appointment with someone new only for them to not actually book it. Yet it’s my fault and there is nothing anyone can do.
Probably the fastest I’ve been in and out for something that extreme. I had a fish hook stuck in my finger and they were able to get it out. The staff is super kind especially because I did this right before they closed. 10/10
An early morning appointment went very well with difficult information to share being presented in a supportive environment and manner. Occasionally, there is difficulty seeing the doctor as you may wish, but competent professionals fill in and I appreciate their service. Dawn and the other reception staff were most helpful. I'm new to the area and was seeking to establish new care. I called the office and got an appointment right away with Dr.Eric. Let me just say in two visits I learned more about my actual health than over had in over the last 10+yrs. Answered ALL my questions let me speak and took his time. He's very friendly doesn't talk down to you like"some" Dr's do. You know the kind that have the attitude "I'm a Dr you're not so I'm smarter than you" types. I absolutely can't say enough kind words about him or the staff
