I have a tail bone injury. When I could not get in to see my Dr Raymond Smith on the day I called, the RN suggested Urgent Care the same day. The RN made the appt to Urgent Care, in same bldg., same day. I am so grateful. My in office Urgent Care xrays showed my tailbone was badly bruised/contusion and inflamed. They took such good care of me that I would go to IHA Urgent Care vs ER. With IHA Urgent Care, you can actually make an appt for a specific time. . I will never go back to Trinity Health(Dr Davis) for another general surgery ever again. These doctors are fully capable of keeping people out of pain and absolutely refuse to do it. They know exactly what they are doing. I had to go back to the ER after surgery after not being able to urinate for 8 hours( their directions were to wait 8 hours) before coming back. Now I have a catheter for the next 5 days and am even more pain. It’s just cruel and unusual punishment at this point.

Really enjoyed my first primary visit with the NP, Cali Snyder and my husband thought Dr Newsome was great. The primary care side of the office is amazing and I really felt heard and understood.

Do not come here if you struggle with disordered eating/body dysmorphia!! I was laughed at by a male nurse when discussing sensitive medical information (multiple times to the point I had to say something to the doctor). This was bad enough until I was then walked in on by a different male doctor while my feet were in stirrups and my lower body was naked and exposed. I would give them a higher rating, but due to the gross incompetence of their billing department my insurance denied coverage for my yearly physical. When I called my insurance to find out why I was denied, they said it was due to the billing code they provided, "which always gets denied." I asked about the specific code, and was told they billed my visit under code Z53.20, which states it is, "used when a patient decides not to undergo a procedure or a treatment for unspecified reasons."
