I've been going to Genoa IHA for years and they're going downhill fast. Office staff is never friendly & always unhelpful. I was going to follow my doctor over to the Howell IHA location but due to my even worse experience there, I'll be looking for a new PCP elsewhere.
I have been with this office for years and it has gone downhill. I have dealt with several different departments and the same pattern across the board is lack of help. You will be waiting months, it's hit or miss with staff and they do not seem very knowledgeable anymore about medical conditions and how there own processes work. I recently had a deal breaking experience as I was in the hospital and had to visit my PCP and have been running around for weeks with departments and have no answers and am no closer to getting help... read more
I followed my PCP who was hired by Trinity at this location, and I have no complaints about the Trinity organization nor this offices staff. I'm completely dumbfounded by all the negative reviews posted and don't understand how they've received the horrible rating shown on Google, but I think it's undeserved. I haven’t had any bad experiences coming here for the past several years. I see a couple different doctors here in different practices. Yes you wait past your appointment time every single visit, and I don’t much like being put in the back room and left to wait for 20 minutes. I’d rather wait in the front until the doctor is actually ready for me. I’ll give 4/5 for the excessive waiting because it does take a very long time usually. In my past experience it usually takes an hour and a half or more to get out of the building.
