We had a really good experience at this urgent care. You can either walk in or check in online, which helps a lot to reduce waiting time. Once you check in, your name is displayed on the board in the waiting area, and it keeps updating as patients are being called--very helpful and organized. We visited for my younger one, and luckily there was a pediatrician on duty. I showed up at Canton urgent Care Monday January 14th at around 4:35. From the time I checked in to the time I left which was around 5:25 p.m. I was met with courteous, concerned professionals. They went over every detail that I was concerned about and showed professional kindness and professional awareness of what was going on with me. I recently visited IHA Urgent Care Canton, and overall I had a very positive experience, especially thanks to the front desk staff member Diamond. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I usually face issues because I have two different insurances, but she immediately understood the situation and handled everything smoothly. I needed treatment for a dog bite, they got me in right away. Everyone was friendly and competent. The attending doctor was named Conner and he was great. I’ve been to that urgent care more than one time, and the service was always terrific.
They were nice and treated my child quickly and without hassle. The only thing I didnt like was we asked for our prescription to be sent to a pharmacy in our city, but they sent it to the pharmacy in Plymouth. It wasn't fun driving all over, especially with a sick kid.
