Since my kidney failure in March 2017, I used the Trinity Health - Kentwood lab for years. That is up until the blonde behind the window started working there! She is rude, unfriendly, and was not able to pull up my lab paperwork. After several attempts of debating with her, I stormed out and WILL NEVER RETURN! The following morning, I went to the Trinity Lab in Caledonia. I was treated very nice and my lab order was easily located, blood was drawn, and I was on my way! Friendly staff from everyone who I interacted with. Were very quick to call me back and get my labs done! Edited: to fix typo - sorry!
I was able to get in and get out very quickly. The lady who drew my blood was very good and quite competent.
Stephanie at the Trinity Health Labs in Kentwood is an absolute rockstar. I only spent about 30 seconds with her - that's how long it took to do the blood draw for 3 tests that were ordered and I never felt it. She was understanding, patient, efficient, and gentle. Thank you.
I am not a fan of blood work mainly because my veins can be difficult for some people to find and I wind up getting stabbed repeatedly, I came in nervous and Ljiljana was amazing, talking with her while it was happening made it made comfortable and she found a vein right away. She did an amazing job and I’m glad she was the person taking care of me!
