Took a half day drove here on a Monday to get my labs done only to find they just decided not to open today. Oh also this happened before, they lock the doors and shut their lights off every day from 12-1:30 for “lunch”. As a customer service oriented office you’d think they would want to be open when it’s convenient for their patients… like regular business hours Mon-Fri and lunch hours…

Do not go to this location. It’s closed. And even if you call, they’ll tell you it’s open, you’ll drive all the way there and find a locked door. Call again and be told this location is only for physicians. Quan is the one I spoke to on the phone. He probably should receive additional training on how to properly explain the condition of this location.

Closed due to staffing shortages as of March 9, 2023. Not sure why they didn’t choose to update the hours before choosing to close the facility. They might as well update the hours on Google to reflect the closing of this facility in the meantime so that people do not waste their time driving all the way to this lab to find out that there’s a “sorry we’re closed” sign on the door.

It's temporarily closed due to short staffing. I just wish they'd update their maps entry so people didn't waste their time on it. Go to the Reichert center Lab in the hospital instead. It's only 5 min away. Trinity Health Lab - Reichert Center 5333 McAuley Dr, Suite 1007, Ypsilanti, MI 48197

I highly recommend this lab! The receptionist was warm and friendly and the Phlebotomist was fast and skilled. I have needle phobia and the staff was supportive and made it such a positive experience for me that I didn't pass out. I will be going back here for any future blood tests!
