The providers are great but 2 times now I have booked an appt thru MyChart and when I arrive, there is no record of me having an appt that day. It's very difficult for me to try to find the time to make it in and I don't live nearby. Extremely frustrating. The staff says it's a known issue.
This is my daughter's Dr. Office. We've taken her here 4 or 5 times in the past year for checkups and an emergency visit, so I think we have a good view of how things can be here. The senior doctors are usually booked solid. The residents are hit and miss. Some are knowledgeable, humble, and eager to work in family medicine. I need my medicine to breathe and when I ran out of refills they didnt notify me. I have already gone 3 weeks without my medicine and it is very hars to breathe. The communication is horrible.
this place is outrageous with hidden bills. when I left my appointment, I paid $120 for my 10 minute check up. Then I got a bill for an additional $121 AND THEN another bill for $166. My normal yearly check up ended up more than $300. and yes I have insurance. something isn't right here. when I disputed, they claimed they charged me correctly. I'm a single, 30 year old woman struggling to pay my bills as it is, this place should be ashamed. did you get into Healthcare to help people or rob them blind?
I have been a patient here for many years. The front office staff is AMAZING! if you read through the comments you will find that people absolutely love Jenny, as they should because she is great at what she does. My doctor changes every couple of years based on which resident i am assigned, but I can always ser my doctor if I need to. They are quick with everything from referrals to refills and scheduling is always a breeze.
