You need more stars! From the second I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist, then brought right in to the exam room by the MA. She was a ball of energy and very welcoming. Went through my meds, bp, and EKG. She had called me the day before to see if maybe I needed a later appointment as we had some snow. I always choose early because of the highway. The medical assistant Shia was wonderful! She took her time explaining what she was going to do. She was very respectful and professional. An exceptional asset to your team. I also had Amy, she was detailed and answered all my concerns about my options. She is very knowledgeable and professional. My appointment went smoothly.
The doctor really listened to me, understood what I was experiencing and knew what he was talking about. This is the third cardiologist I have seen and the first that I feel truly understood and listened. Very happy so far on my journey to getting my heart fixed
I have been going to this group for 10 years. My experiences with everyone in the office is always extremely positive, from the time I walk into the office and the time I leave. Doctors, nurses, M.A’s and the entire office staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I feel very confident with the care they give.
I found Dr. Ellison Berns of Arrhythmia Specialists to be careful and thorough in his diagnosis of my problem, in the extensive tests that were conducted, and in his explanations and treatment recommendation(s). I appreciated that he was willing to answer questions in an unhurried manner, and was willing to spend as much time with me as needed to make me feel comfortable that the right course of action was being taken.
