The doctor is wonderful. I am concerned about receiving a pre op EKG when in an extreme state of stress. My caregiver picked a big fight with me on the way to my appointment. The EKG was done while I was in extreme tension. Thus the EKG was abnormal. I refuse to accept this EKG reading. My blood pressure was also high. But came down to normal after the EKG and after I had time to relax and breathe slowly. The doc did state that she checked the EKG with the cardiologist and he said it was okay. I needed a medication that I’ve used for 5 years and Dr. Silver refused to give it to me even though it’s the only one I can take and I only ask for one prescription a year so I don’t abuse it. I have no issue to using it but he’s decided I can’t have it which affects my life and existence. He should live in a person shoes and experience my life before he denies someone what they need to feel better. Very sad. Think about what you are doing to your patient and what’s right and best for them.
Dr Silver is always the best doctor. 15 years and still my primary doctor. I went today for a rosacea issue and his diagnosis and treatment were spot on. Highly recommended for thoroughness, common sense, and caring for people.
I would give no stars if I could. Across the board at multiple Trinity Health of New England practices, they all leave something to be desired. Their secretary staff are rude. I had an appointment today at 9am called the Rocky Hill office at 8:55 to let them know I was running 10 minutes late. She told me they have a grace period of 5 mins and after that they could not guarantee I’d been seen by Dr. Siglos. This is not mentioned anywhere in the paperwork I signed. This office is a very professional and friendly place. I have never had such a good and fast appointment. Very thorough and friendly. No waiting for blood work. My first time seeing them and I have nothing but good things to say.
