Much appreciation for Jeffrey, who installed a safety grab bar for Mom/Sr citizen. He was prompt, professional & respectful. Extra kindness shown when Mom stumbled as she went to show him the work area, & he steadied her so she wouldn’t fall.😊 Jeffrey also did an additional small repair & tightened cupboard hinges before leaving, & took time to explain the hinge issue. Kudos to Jennifer @ the office, who was knowledgeable & offered helpful suggestions!
