We had Tucson Carpet Express carpet our house about 2 years ago. It needed to be restretched. I called Mark Goldman, the owner to see if they could restretch it. I was willing to pay. Mark came right over to check it out. He brought his wife Kim with him He told us it was an employee problem and the employee was no longer with them. Mark and Kim contacted me immediately after my request. They were able to bring carpet samples to my home the same afternoon. When I requested a larger sample for color comparison they had two sent to me within a week. I made my selection and the carpet was installed at my earliest convenience. I love the carpet, the installation went very smoothly. I highly recommend Tucson Carpet Express.
