Richard is amazing! After having to be highly disappointed with another Exterminator company for a termite inspection (Taylor Exterminator), I contacted Turin. Gretel was super sweet and professional. She didn't immediately know the answer and had Richard call me, because she didn't want to give me the wrong answer. Trust goes a long way with me and these folks have it. Richard was prompt and educated me on what I needed to know about a previous infestation on the property. We were able to get what we needed, with clear and concise details for the future. I couldn't have asked for a better, more knowledgeable and friendly team of experts in the field.
