Fine TV, wish it were less "smart"
Got it for a great deal, plays 4k well, and looks good even in a lighter room.
The "Smart" features of the TV are fine I guess. I really wish I had more control over the Bravia interface. I literally want to delete all the bullcrap that comes on the TV, and just put YouTube, Netflix, Prime, and Plex on the homescreen. As far as I can tell, I can't even reorder the apps. It just tries (and fails) to predict which apps go at the front/top...
Had a few bugs I had to resolve. Twice in the middle of the night it turned on and cranked up the volume to 100%. It also occasionally goes into "Movie Trailer/Ad Mode" on it's own, which is obnoxious.
Also the built-in ChromeCast has been finicky once or twice, and required a reset of the TV. That's the nature of all ChromeCasts in my experience, so not a huge issue.
All in all, the TV was worth the price, has a great picture, fair enough sound to get by, and I'm glad I bought it.
