We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!! In and out in less than an hour. Dr Wallace was very knowledgeable and thorough. I was so impressed! Also, my kid is feeling better. The staff were so sweet. Antonio at the front desk was awesome!!

We experienced excellent care over the weekend. I brought my son in and while we waited he was really uncomfortable. We were seen very quickly and they were very proactive in helping my son with comfort and thought outside the box to find a proper, and slightly surprising, culprit to his ailment. We were in and out quickly compared to other emergency and urgent care experiences. Everyone we talked to was very personable and kind.

My son and I were sick at the same time. They saw us quickly and took care of us simultaneously. The staff was kind and professional, Dr. McDonald was thorough, our nurse was caring and efficient. Tyler Complete Care is our go-to with after hours problems we cannot get into our primary providers for.

I have always received great care here. They are never too busy and take time to listen to my concerns. In fact, they saved my life in 2022 when I came in with shortness of breath. Turns out I had a PE and they quickly got to work until I was transferred to the hospital.

This is the best ER I have ever used. The services provided are exceptional. The wait time is always very brief. The medical staff are compassionate, active listeners, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
