I went into Tynan's the other day and was fortunate enough to be greeted by Robert Cruz. I knew it was a long shot but him and his team got me into a brand new Nissan Sentra and I couldn't be more appreciative! Robert had the perfect balance of professionalism and being laid-back enough to joke around. I know the whole team worked really hard on my deal and I couldn't thank you all enough!
