I was returning my vehicle for a oil after having 15k service, noticed oil in my driveway. After opening the hood I noticed fryer wires on top next to a junction box next to the passenger fire wall. When I arrived at service department by Rafael, I informed him not only of the oil leak and frayed wires, I showed him pictures of the oil spill in the driveway. I came in for an issue. They said they diagnosed the issue. They did the repair, I paid, but the issue was still there when I drove the car home. I tried reaching out twice but got no response back.
I had requested for the mechanic to take a look at my driver side keyhole, which wasn’t working. Keyhole was never repaired still broken.
I came in for a transmission service and oil change. I Also paid for a tire rotation, fluids topped off, and basic service. They didn't rotate my tires, didn't top off my fluids. Now all my fuses are bad. NOTHONG WORKS IN MY CAR. and they tried to sell me an $800 service they created. I have cameras Everywhere in my car I'm a female, who seeks and gets paid for, proper service., and Knows cars This isnt 1950 Mycar gets paid off in 4 months. I would Never recommend this place

I would after moving 3 states this would be the worst dealership of all. I moved from Texas to Colorado a week ago thought to change oil but when I went there they were very unprofessional with the work not reseted the maintenance time and meter the sign was there didn’t checked the tire pressure after knowing the weather condition also my I car is not driving as it should be . I didn't like the paper work handling including the late fee for the expired tag...I ask to be a cosigner for my son. Not to be the owner of the car and now need to do extra transaction in a DMV.... they care about them self,...

This dealership has the potential to be great. Mindy was exceptional and the reason i came into the dealership. However, once she passed me off to Dylan in cold handoff everythingwent down hill. Dylan is obviouslynew but demonstrated his incompetence in basic sales skills and people skills. We communicated very clearly that we were setting this up in our business and didnt want my personal credit run since we were refinancing our home. He said they wouldnt.
