My brakes squeaked. 2 hours later they give me a list of things I need looked at which were done at another dealer. Oh, my brakes were fine as they said they cleaned them. Guess what? They still squeak!!! I called the next day and was told all the techs left for the day and to make an apt. Total waste of my time and loss of wages. Not buying another Nissan as planned. Only a handful of nissan repair places left. Two is more than enough.
Service states my airbig light is NOT related to multiple airbag recall issues. Super irritating & not believable.
Dealer did not wash your car, coffee machine just gives dirty hot water instead coffee. People are not friendly at all.
Hi Thanks for reaching out. I wanted to keep continuing my service with you but I realized that 7 service pack is expensive compared to other Nissan dealer which is 289$ compared to 319$. So I didn't buy to keep continuing my service with you. I asked them to match the price but they refused so I am not sure I will bring my car murano again for service there and pay extra 40$ for no reason. Thanks
Your checkout clerk was devoid of any graciousness. She got the job done, but her demeanor was abrupt and robotic.
We had to wait hours for finance. There was a hidden fee of $300 at Dropoff. The lease should not start until car is delivered. We only came back because of Zach Rutledge from VW. He did a great job helping us.
When I took my truck to get serviced, they supposedly checked and filled all fluids. The next day I turned on my windshield wipers to wash my windshield and the reservoir was empty. So apparently they didn’t check and filled all fluids. They changed my transmission oil so far that seems to be ok.
I am a single, struggling teacher and have been loyal to Nissan since 2016. I had a flat tire a couple weeks ago and put my spare tire on so I would be able to drive and get it repaired. I thought the spare tire Nissan SOLD me was much smaller than the rest, but trusted that it would be okay, since I know littler about cars. The next day, I drove 18 miles and my car started making noises and giving off a smell. I freaked out and called Roadside assistance to get my car and bring it to the closest shop. It turns out, that the... read more
Needed a tire replaced and was told by the service center that an inspection occurred when I picked up my car. Drove less than 10 minutes from dealership to have a low tire pressure warning. Returned to service and they discovered a nail in a different tire (so no inspection of the car happened). This required me to leave the car there for a 2nd day and rent a vehicle from them - more $ out of pocket. Also had to beg to have my electric car recharged. The fast chargers are apparently reserved for new car sales and the slow c... read more
