Rich the service tech hates women. Besides his arrogant attitudes and constant unknowledgeable misinformation, he's not even humble enough to apologize when he us wrong, the condescending manner that he speaks to me as a woman and others around him is horrible. Tynans did not diagnose problems with my car. They caused a leak during a normal fluid flush. The most chaotic, confused and mistake ridden car buying/leasing experience of my life. Messy communication from Tynan's, and too many unreturned calls and texts to count. Stay away!
I have brought my 2023 Nissan Rogue to have it checked and the Service shop still has not resolved my start issue.
The service writers need to greet you at your car. No next oil change sticker.
I would go anywhere else besides this dealership. Multiple times they recommended services that were not needed and other times the could not diagnose easy problems such as a nail in the tire. Be warned.
Sales staff was ok. Maintenance has a lot to be desired. Took my vehicle to get an emergency brake system disengaging. They were unable to fix the problem. While there they took the car out for a test when they returned the ran over something causing both rear tires damage. Plugged one(they re-aired it up to 58PSI) the other they simply aired it up. Connor the sales person is excellent! On the service department I’ll give 5 stars to Jason but only to him. He’s always ready to help and listen to the issue that you have and tries to fix it unlike everyone else in that department. All of them are never kind or try to listen to you. The worst one is Richard. I bought at least 7 cars there and I believe that i should be treated right. Even the sales people complain about how the service department treats them.
