The inspection that comes with every car service was not properly done. Had i needed new tire breaks or anything else i would not k ow until it is too late because they are simply passing these checks with out actually doing them.
The detail shop was late or behind so my vehicle wasn't ready to pick up & I had to come back later in the day. Then, I didn't like having to wait for over an hour to get into finance to finish my paperwork, which only took about 5 minutes once I finally got in there. There was only 1 guy working in finance so other people had long waits as well. Everything else was good.
I have a Subaru and every time that I visit for service (including express) the dealership always performs an exterior carwash. I spent over $2,000 on this visit and I was very disappointed that the ole Nissan wasn't rinsed off.
Jason was great and timely and helpful. I give 5 stars to him. 2 stars for the dealer because my vehicle is still leaking water. Nissan consumer affairs is telling me not to drive my vehicle, but like most people I only have one car. Not happy with Nissan right now
Basically there was no Costco discount on the vehicle price. The price was the same for non-Costco buyers.
Use to only come here - but after the last visit I have found a mechanic and tire place.
Went in for an oil change, was told I needed numerous 30k mile services even though I had had those services done 12 months ago. Puzzling!
The customer service rep should find another job. I had questions about a coupon that he dismissed. I had to purchase more than I wanted to get the coupon. Then I had to bring the car back the next day due to a warning light for something that should have been addressed as part of the service purchased. This was visit was my way of testing the dealership as I have an older make car and am looking to purchase. Failing grade. I will not be back
Very expensive service charges and very expensive parts. Car runs good but it’s difficult to pay
