My tires were not even filled with air and when I checked the fluid, I didn't see any change. I really doubt that the maintenance was done professionally.
They took care of me so well. I love the the Leaf. Nothing like a quiet and fast electric car to drive!
The person helping me was not the nicest person. Very short with me, did not try his best or even try to work with me on certain things like atleast getting me a new key battery in my key after spending $400 for basically nothing. I understand it was an early morning transaction but you still don't have to be an xxxxxxx!

Crashed my vehicle while servicing, routine maintenance became a 6 week long ordeal, little to no recompensation offered.
They will charge you for things you don’t need, an add things you don’t know about. They also run out warrantees, and tell you to wait on other things that should be fixed immediately. They’re very polite, have lovely manners. they just charge astronomical prices for everything.
Way more focused on getting huge volume of customers through the door, not actually concerned with being respectful of customers' time or experience
Inept EV technicians could not diagnose the problem with my battery. Claimed there were no issues. Made me feel like a criminal just trying to prove to them that I had an issue. Luke is a moron - his manager Jason had to step in and help because Luke was going to give my car back without fixing the problem. Jason helped but then when he gave me the car back there was a gaping hole in the back seat where techs forgot to reinstall a panel after doing maintenance. Terrible service and service center
Took my car in May specifically to get brake & transmission fluid changed and coolant. And came back 2 different times after for a recall repair and a oil change and on both visits they offered me the fluid changing services I already had done even after I verified the 2nd visit that it was already done. Seems like Mechanics are predatory and suggesting unnecessary repairs because im a woman to get more money.
