Uncomfortable and messy waiting room area. Rude service cashiers and very robotic. Writer Rich was professional and efficient, the only plus here.
Misdiagnosed problem. Service department said to replace engine. NOT! Needed lifters and carburator adjustment/cleaning.
I bring the car for repair the one who serve me said the insurance will denied the service of lack of maintenance I told him I have record of maintaining the car and he take the car call me the next morning saying the insurance denied the service , I called the insurance they said they never denied the service. The shuttle Driver was amazing! Other then that I had an awful service experience and have doubts that the engine was even worked on as there was no evidence that anyone had even opened the hood. Poor communication, inflated prices, and they even tried to sell me tires under the false pretense that only one of my four tires was worn differently as if I drive in circles. I would never return or recommend to anyone!
My passager side tail light cover fell off a day after Nissan replaced the tail light and they charged me a full price to replace the whole tail light set.
The staff that checks you in are always nice. The reps that actually work on your car never completes clears my vehicle computer. And they as usual want to half wash it leaving water spots everywhere and they never dry the sunroof windows. Not do they clean the lower part of the vehicle. It’s a waste of my time to wait for this. E have complained about this before and it hasn’t changed. I know they had to see how clean it was when I took it in. It looked horrible when I got it back. Sucks xxx told u cant replace battery 3 hours before closing pittyfull fat Mexican kid 4 pm 9 6 24 should not let children play in your business been customer since 2016 need new car will never set foot in your dealership again thanks to that kid way to run off your business
