The dealership itself is decent for being a dealership - they overcharge for things because at the end of the day, they are a business. I actively am trying to learn to do things myself, or find an independent place that has morals and values that are like mine. I recently had a negative experience here with Adnan because there was a pricing issue that left me so angry that I left without completing the only thing I came in for. Not accommodating to diagnosing your car on a same day visit on a continuous issue with my Nissan. The tech that helped me pointed at the two maybe specialist that were both in the phone sharing that they were in charge of scheduling those appointments. I sat in the lobby for over two hours and no one bothered to assist me with an appointment. I only have my car maintenances here due to the convenient commute. Took my Rogue in for routine service and battery test. I had a dead battery earlier in the week. The test came back as 450 C amps, battery in good condition. Paid my bill and got in my car and dead battery? They take it back in, now say it needs a new battery. Has zero charge, now how is it that in 10 minutes from the first test at 450 C amps to Zero? Samir didn't have time for me when I called, so we set a time for later... I showed up on time, Samir wasn't there. He didn't bother to let me know all of the cars had been sold. Then I was told they'd be in on 7/26...then it was 'by the end of the month', then first week of August. Looks like Tynan's is in it for the money, customer service be damned.

Sneaky, deceptive loan packing, and unethical sales practices. They will present other services and automatically start adding them to your contract without permission, making the buyer think this 3700 dollars worth of junk included in the sales purchase.. Very unethical

Paperwork had typo, I had to return to sign again. Now I am waiting on delivery date - telling me I am in a long line and they can’t predict when my new car will be ready is not good service.

The service is inconsistent. Repairs often need to be brought back. Many in the service department are rude. They are generally not committed to customers. Consider shopping elsewhere

Mechanics need to finish there job. Multiple times I have had to tighten bolts, close reservoir caps after my service visit and they didn't even fill my washer fluid but charged me for it. Stop recommending products to be replaced, when they actually have not been checked by the mechanic.
