I have gotten 2 cars from this dealership, both broke right off the lot. One was brand new and was broken within a week. They do not honor any warranty's without a huge fight and they cannot put a tire on a car to save their lives. 6 times I have gone in to fix a tire and 6 times my tire fell off my vehicle immediately after. Very unprofessional and I will never go back or recommend anyone to go to Tynan’s. I got diagnostics for my car that needed a new transmission and was berated when I decided to go somewhere else. Luke got in an argument with my mom and we left. After the new transmission was put in there was an issue and per Nissans policy I need to have a diagnosis from Nissan so I called to schedule a diagnosis. The agent told Endurance that car was pre-diagnosed by someone else so they wouldn't cover repairs.
Very unprofessional and employees are rude to handicap veterans. We've spent money on fixing our vehicle and it's still broken.
I am just upset we had to pay again for same service we initially paid for on other visits.
I'll be honest, I'm quite frustrated and I don't think I'll be returning for any service work. First of all, I was greeted with, "What do you need?" As I tried to explain that it was a simple oil change and inspection, I mentioned that my car was making a funny sound relating to something they'd maybe be able to find in the inspection. Bad business! ! Horrible customer service. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and didn’t even have the vehicle for a month before problems started. I took the vehicle back to be looked at and was told that I would have to pay over five thousand dollars for new parts for the vehicle. I feel they kinda blew off my concern about the car leaking. The said it’s just condense. 5 weeks after it started the garage floor is still wet although it doesn’t leak anymore. And the engine is ticking days after the car has been used. So there’s still a problem! And god knows what leaked! But yeah, blow me off.
Charged me for rotating the tires and didn’t do it. Makes me wonder what else they don’t do?
