The guy that help me is really rude and he look at me like he was making me a favor like he is above the people he need to have more customers service
It took your service team 3 times to fix an issue. Not really impressed by your attention to detail.
Well I had 2 recalls that needed attention. I didn't know that my center console had to be removed and when they did it got dirt all over my seats and they didn't clean it up, it was like pulling teeth and finally they vacuumed it. While waiting for my recalls to be addressed I received a text that had a laundry list of super expensive things that the mechanics found wrong. Worse dealership, they sold me a car that I can’t use. Felt like a scam they told me up to 205 mile range and I barely get 147 miles. It doesn’t fit my day to day needs and I told the salesmen I was driving long distance. I hate this place.
As I know, before when I had an oil change, tire rotation, and car wash, the wait time was no more than 45 minutes. But now, I've been waiting 65 minutes and there has been no car wash or tire rotation. This is poor service compared to other companies.
Dirty under the hood. I am not pretending that a whole cleaning has to be perform but at least wipe the excess of dirt around the battery poles. Then since my car lost a tire on the highway after my car was serviced there at Havana xx now there I can not read of a tire rotation in my service paper. There is not wiper fluid refill like in pepboys and no wipe under the hood after service. So I am not really sure what is going on. I don't even know if my oil change was performed. And still have 5 more oil change left.
I ask for tire rotation and check air pressure. They didn’t put air to one of my tire. Bad service
Customer service was lackluster. I was told a test drive was done to look for an issue, but one was not done.
We were told that for a windshield repair it would need a new motor (even though we could hear the motor working), which would cost around $630.00. We ended up taking it to another place, where they were able to just fix an arm out of alignment and charge us $72.29. I can safely say that I am glad we got a second opinion and will not be taking it back to Tynan’s.
