Convenient location. Luke seemed like he didn't know what to do. I would guess he is new or lacks knowledge. Prices he sent were in my mind extremely high. I will not go back.
Lug nuts were not tightened on my car and it ended up costing me over $1300 to repair car. I know it was the dealership because work was done on Thursday and issue with my car was on the following Friday. All 4 tires had loose lug nuts. Called on Saturday and they claimed it wasn’t them who were at fault. This could have ended much worse for me, thank God wheel didn’t fall off when I was on the highway.
My company bought two vehicles at this at this location. Everything when fine; but I been having some issues this last 2 times that I took the vehicle for services, Previous services they overflow our vehicle with oil and I had to bring the vehicle to drain the excess of oil the vehicle left the dealer with lot of smoke. Luke was my service representative. He was very combative . I was respectful even when he was brow beating me. The man doesn’t like his job.
While waiting for my car to get an oil change, I received a text regarding upgrading my car ownership. So, walked over time the new car sales desk and requested Alex (the name listed in the text). Dismissive about our complain a plastic part under the car recently replaced and lost after a month....blaming everything on the snow storm even when we think they did not installed properly most likely to be missing plastic clips from the beginning
Tuesday Adnan provided excellent service and gave an estimate. I accepted and went back on Thursday, Mohamed provided good service, but they didn't do the undercarriage wash I requested it because under splah guard was off for a few days before replacing. They said it wasnt dirty and I didn't belive it. On top of that, the technician messed up my car seat and put it all the way down and back...why?? My repair took less than 30 minutes, so why do you have to mess up my seat??
Taher provided the best customer service. I bought a new nissan rogue but has paint chip It was scheduled to repair and was told that it will 1-2 days but almost a week right now and still not done until now, it is very frustrating having new car and not driving it.
Charged me almost $30 for labor on a cabin filter I bought and brought in to have installed
