My car was at the dealership, and they couldn't find the issue. I'm not satisfied with the results. It's imperative that the issue be accurately duplicated for proper diagnosis and resolution. Even though I mentioned the issue to the advisor, they made another appointment and wanted to charge me $155 per hour for to find the noise. They should have discovered the noise themselves during the diagnosis. How could they miss it?'
My battery was drained after service by a careless person who left the window wipers on. Cost more money to replace
The oil pan plastic cover was broke off at the back clip and now we'll not stay up.
They sold me warranty insurance for the car and when I want to use it they tell me that it does not cover

I didn't like it, they didn't change the mileage sticker and the black plastic cover under the engine is dragging. How am I supposed to put the clips in???
Very friendly at the counter but i do not believe an alignment and inspection can be done in 10 minutes, i feel they just took my money and didnt bother to even check the car out. I will not return again
Was disappointed, Daniel was nice but the service guys didn’t communicate with him very well. I told him the splash guard plastic under my vehicle was hanging and I have to keep taping it up so he said he would have them clip it back up but when I was told my car was ready I came to pick it up and looked under the vehicle and saw that had done nothing! I came in to get a recall fixed and free oil change, per the coupon o received in the mail. I was told the ‘fix’ to the recall is not actually to fix my key, it was to pre-break the key so it would never close again. This is not a solution and makes using and storing the key more difficult. I could then not use the coupon for the oil change, they couldn’t find the package of oil changes I had previously purchased, and charged me $80 for it.
