The service was not the best. I took my car for service and they returned the car with a horrible noise in the front tire. Good thing I came right back because they has left a piece loose and it would have damage my car really bad if I kept driving longer. Employees are unexperienced and with no customer service skills. Regret buying my car at this location because I have always driven Nissan and I used to go to Empire Nissan Lakewood and they are the best!

I brought the car in and the car battery was bad. So they replaced that and said that was the reason it was losing power when shifting. Replacing the battery did not fix the problem and the car is still losing power when it shifts. I had a male friend drive it and the car did the same thing for him. Maybe they will take him more seriously than me when the car has to be brought back in.
I have taken my car here for service three times since i moved here to Colorado but after this last service i may start taking my car to a diffrent location. The porter put my driver side seat all the way back and down like he was sleeping and i heard him reving my engine up like he was some kind of race car driver when he got in it! And the tech that checked my battery forgot to put the cover fastners back in. He left the fastners standing up near the fan shroud and when he shut the hood on them it made my hood look like it... read more
Luke Clearwater service advisor . he’s ignorant ,non respectful man.I was going to Nissan a dealership Two reason: first reason is change my oil and filter, second problem is my emergency brake lights was on they don’t fix it. My light is still on. i’m scared to go back.
bad business practices went in for oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 armada. they did not rotate tires which cost me more time. I had to physically watch them to make sure they performed task. while watching i heard the tech say next he’s gona remove the marks that i had to make on tires to ensure tire rotation to avoid having to do work that they are charging customers. very unprofessional. i was very disappointed that you can’t even take your nissan to the nissan dealership to keep up with the maintenance for a vehic... read more
